Team Playstyle Proficiency
Every Team Playstyle for Xabi Alonso, strongest first. The bar is the proficiency — the higher it is, the more of your squad’s stats reach the +2 and +3 bands.
What proficiency 89 does to each stat
Proficiency boosts each stat individually, based on that stat’s own value.
| Boost | Stat value |
|---|---|
| +1 | up to 55 |
| +2 | 56-83 |
| +3 | 84 and up |
So with Xabi Alonso on Quick Counter, any player stat of 84 or higher picks up the full +3.
Booster
Xabi Alonso carries two boosters, applied to every player in the squad on top of the proficiency boost.
| Booster | Effect |
|---|---|
| Ball Control | +1 to that stat, squad-wide |
| Finishing | +1 to that stat, squad-wide |
Link-up Play
Link-up Play: Breakthrough Pass A
| Role | Playing Style | Position |
|---|---|---|

| Key Man | Goal Poacher | CF |
It does nothing unless you actually field a Creative Playmaker at AMF and a Goal Poacher at CF.
